Are you so busy so you feel it has fallen off the track?
Does your deadline more like advice?
Do you feel your business is struggling, has lost its focus, or beyond control?
Do you feel you have no control over what happens everyday?
If so, you might sound on your business.
If you feel like a proverbial chicken with his head cut off, you don’t work according to your plans and goals. You might be very busy, but are you productive? Both are not the same. Being busy may mean you just follow the current and do what you need now to keep the business.
Again, you are sad. You fly near your pants chair and have no focus or control you need to keep your business. When you don’t control, you are not productive.
And if you, CEO and visionary, unproductive, your business is just stepping on water and doesn’t grow.
When your time is focused primarily on daily tasks and busy working in your business, you don’t have time or energy to create goals and plan to help make your business develop. All you do is extinguish the fire, and you don’t have time to train your team to avoid setting fire in the first place.
You are winged, not functioning. You waste valuable time doing things that others have to do. You do not delegate effectively (or at all), and you are wrong to be busy to be productive.
In the end, you don’t help your business to get profit because you are stuck to do everything except high-level income producing activities.
This is not an assessment. I have seen this too much with my clients, and in the past I did my part of winging. I was very busy dealing with emergencies and disorders that I could not focus on my real work in the business, the role of the CEO.
I didn’t see the way out. Maybe you can relate.
I am happy to tell you today there is a way out, and it’s simpler than you think.
I like to help clients I find the difference between working on their business and working in it. When you do your business, you do tasks that must do the CEO, such as building a strategic business relationship, deliver and engage with your clients, write marketing material, and plan and create new products and services. You do your big vision and plan for the future.
That is your role, not extinguishing fires, dealing with customer service, solving operational problems, managing daily operations and marketing management, creating manuals and procedures, or paying bills.
You need to delegate all the tasks and return to what you do: find new ways to grow your business that serves the world.
However, no one taught us how to delegate when we go to business. You need support in deciding what to keep and what to delegate.
You need someone to run your business everyday operation so you are free to grow a business. You need someone to help you stop ignoring and start working.
It’s time to bring online business managers. Not getting this valuable support will stop your business and burn you. Online business managers will produce far more value than usual. Your time and energy will get back will pay your online business manager several times.
You become a female entrepreneur to share your ideas, impact the world and create life for you and your family. When you hire a virtual business manager for your 6-7 business figure, you can breathe and use your energy to plan your business future. You can make goals and plot courses to reach them.
