Miki Agrawal began her career in the financial services industry as a banking analyst for Deutsche Bank in New York City. Following 9/11, Agrawal knew she wanted to do something different with her life.

- Don’t Be Too Harsh On Yourself – The world will bring you down, so don’t add to it. Agrawal says it was essential to learn to be kind to herself. Agrawal says, “Now, I check in with myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I’m human.”
- Learn to Be Vulnerable – Finally, Agrawal suggests that learning how to be vulnerable is important. Agrawal says, “The more vulnerable we are, the more powerful we are because we are in full authentic truth.”
